Year End Beacon Valuations – March 2007
15 separate properties
Our Local Authority client required beacon valuations for their year end accounts. We secured the instruction following competitive tender.
The properties ranged from public toilets to a swimming pool and included residential care homes, library, offices and workshops.
The properties were referenced and valued in accordance with the RICS Red Book either by to the market value or depreciated replacement cost.
Our report was completed, in accordance with the clients requirements, within 6 weeks of receipt of instructions.
