Leasehold Enfranchisement
North East Leasehold is a specialist division of Johnson Tucker LLP set up to advise householders who hold a ground leasehold interest in their house or flat. Our role is to negotiate the price that you pay for the freehold interest or an extension of the lease.
We have considerable experience of successfully negotiating such agreements for leaseholders and we were the first North East surveyors to be members of The Association of Enfranchisement Practitioners (ALEP).
