Johnson Tucker manage a Listed Building on Mosley Street, Newcastle built in 1910 and no longer required as a financial headquarters. The first floor tenants moved out after 20 years leaving the accommodation requiring updating.
We drew up plans for involving retaining the historic features of the interior, oak panelling, corniced ceilings and hardwood joinery but removing redundant features and fittings and secured Listed Building Consent.
The 380m² office suite was completely refurbished in ten weeks without disruption to the other occupants within the original budget figure of £130,000.
