We are very pleased to confirm that in June 2019 Johnson Tucker LLP acted for a North East based property company in the purchase of a prominent motor-trade investment at Durham City Retail Park.

The property is located in a prominent position next to Durham City Retail Park and let to Sherwoods Limited, who run a Peugeot dealership on the site. The property is let for another 11 years and provides a rent of approximately £140,000 p.a.

Daniel Capobasso, Partner at Johnson Tucker LLP purchased the property for a local property company in June 2019.
