June 2015 – Appointment of Malcolm Angus to Commercial Valuation

Malcolm is an experienced commercial valuer who since qualifying in 2003 has worked for some major national and international firms and joined Johnson Tucker LLP in June 2015. He is an RICS Registered Valuer. Having practiced in the region for the majority of his career, he has thorough knowledge of the North East property market as well as the wider investment market.

He has particularly strong experience in loan security valuations where he has acted on behalf of most major banks and lending institutions including Lloyds, Barclays, RBS / NatWest, HSBC, Barclays, Santander, Nationwide, Handelsbanken and Yorkshire Bank. He also has experience in providing valuations for a range of other purposes including but not limited to company accounts, pension fund, acquisitions / disposals, receivership and probate.

Malcolm has helped Johnson Tucker in becoming valuation panel members of Lloyds and Yorkshire Banks. We also carry out secured lending valuations on behalf of Handelsbanken and Allied Irish Banks.
