June 2014 – Appointment of Daniel Capobasso to Investment Agency/Asset Management

Daniel was recruited by Johnson Tucker LLP in June 2014 following 6 years with a muti-disciplined firm of chartered surveyors based in the north east. Daniel is a RICS Registered Valuer with a broad knowledge of property related matters within the disciplines of Valuation, Lease Consultancy, and Property Management as well as Investment Agency, and has acted on behalf of local, regional and national clients.

Daniel has successfully sourced and disposed of assets on behalf of a wide range of clients including Pension Funds, Property Companies and high net worth individuals. Daniel moved to Newcastle upon Tyne in 2004 and studied Mathematics and Statistics at Newcastle University, before completing a Masters Degree in Real Estate Management at Northumbria University.

Signs that the market were picking up towards the end of 2013 have continued into 2014. Johnson Tucker have recently been retained to sell a single let B&M Investment opportunity for £4m and we have purchased and subsequently been retained to manage a Northumberland Shopping Centre.
