July 2007 – Smoking Ban

From 1st July 2007 smoking is no longer permitted in any indoor public space or public vehicle.  There are minimum signage requirements laid down by law. Building owners need to ensure that systems are in place to ensure the law is complied with. The ban extends to doorways.
