In Q3 2016 Johnson Tucker acquired this new build Co-op Convenience Store investment for a private investor client. The development comprises a prominently located 3,500 sq ft retail unit with dedicated parking situated to the rear. The property was let to Co-op on a new 20 year lease.
The property was purchased for a value reflecting a net initial yield of 6.44% after allowing for purchasers costs.
