Industrial Rent Review – Newcastle – March 2007

Our clients a local property company own a 1,573 Sq ft (16,926 Sq m) industrial building occupied by a NHS Trust as a secure store on a mixed office / industrial estate north of Newcastle.

We were instructed to advise on a rent review effective April 2007.

We secured a rent of £82,770 pa (£4.90 per sq ft) increase by negotiation.
