In August 2021 we acquired this detached industrial investment in County Durham, a short distance from the newly constructed Amazon MME2 warehouse and Integra 61.

The property comprises a detached, self-contained industrial unit of steel portal frame construction with brick and clad elevations with newly refurbished offices over ground and first floor plus large double height warehouse and ample parking and yard space to the front of the building.

The property is entirely let to Everest Windows 2020 Limited at a rent of £35,743 pa and was purchased for £380,000 reflecting a net initial yield of 8.92% assuming standard purchasers costs.
