The project began as a speculative commercial development on back land owned by the client. Johnson Tucker provided full design and project management services, securing Planning Permission against the UPD. We obtained Building Regulaton approval and acted as Planning Supervisor. On our advice the client developed the building speculatively but a pre-let was achieved before the foundations were complete. The building was completed on time for handover the Northumberland Care Trust.
The completed investment was sold to an investor shortly after completion.
