Care Home Site Acquisition – April 2007
Our clients a regional care home operator were seeking to expand and required new sites for development.
We identified an industrial depot with a site area of 0.82 acres (0.322 hectares) with suitable development potential.
We negotiated purchase and following competitive tenders acquired the property on behalf of our clients.
Planning consent has now been obtained for a 70 bed care home and the building contractors are on site.
