Betfred Investment Property sold in Stanley

Johnson Tucker have successfully sold this investment entirely let to Betfred in August 2018.

The property was originally let to Ladbrokes Betting & Gaming Limited on a 15 year lease from 7th August 2013 at a re-based  rent of £12,000 per annum. The property was subsequently assigned to Done Brothers (Cash Betting) Limited trading as Betfred who have a turnover of £320,000,000 and profits in excess of £20,000,000.
