In May 2022 Johnson Tucker merged with George F. White and together we provide an extensive range of professional services spanning the commercial, residential, agricultural and development sectors. Originally from Newcastle, Kristian initially studied History and Politics at Loughborough University before returning home to complete his Master’s Degree in Real Estate, graduating from Northumbria University in October 2015.

Following his graduation, Kristian immediately took up a position in a well-established North East chartered surveying firm working primarily in the agency department, across all commercial property sectors throughout Newcastle, Northumberland and County Durham.

In September 2017, Kristian joined Johnson Tucker LLP, where alongside agency work he assisted the commercial valuation, property management and investment functions of the business in order to gain experience in a number of commercial surveying disciplines. Such experience was essential as Kristian passed his Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer in May 2018.

Kristian now specialises in commercial agency, both occupational and investment, acting for property owners as well as tenants and purchasers throughout the North East.

Kristian is an active member of the RICS Matrics, the young professionals’ arm of the RICS, regularly attending their professional networking and social events as well as seminars and conferences to aid his continued professional development.
