Residential Valuation

Residential property touches everyone – whether as house owner, investor or tenant and for many is their single most valuable asset. Knowing how much a residential property is worth is not quite as simple as many would think – particularly in a volatile market.

Our residential experts have practised in the region for nearly three decades witnessing both good and bad years.

As well as providing bank valuations we are often instructed to provide expert valuation reports in connection with negligence claims, matrimonial disputes and tax purposes. We have a comparable database going back several years and are able to provide retrospective valuations.

Other related services relevant to both commercial and residential properties include: –

  • Compulsory purchase
  • Bank valuations for secured lending
  • Valuation for taxation purposes
  • Matrimonial Valuations
  • Portfolio / Investment Valuations
  • Probate Valuations
  • Leasehold Enfranchisement and lease extensions
  • S18 Valuations – for dilapidation purposes
  • Charities Act Valuations
