This is particularly useful for clients new to the area, where we can save hours of research into suitable locations and hold clients hands the whole way through the process. We are not "Estate Agents" in the everyday sense but for specialised and one off properties we can advise clients on the best way to bring a property to the market. This might include advise on repairs, exploring planning opportunities and generally packaging a property for sale. In some cases especially where the property is unusual and requires a wider marketing exercise than that normally offered by local Estate Agents, clients can benefit from our ability to think laterally and explore avenues others might not consider.
