Although we work for institutions and large property companies our ideal clients are smaller regional property companies and private investors. We get great satisfaction from building up long term relationships with clients and helping them grow their portfolio through careful selection and acquisitions backed up by proactive and effective management.

Unlike larger practices, at Johnson Tucker, the client has one point of contact who is responsible for all matters including acquisitions and sales, day to day management including collection of rent and administering service charges, and dealing with landlord and tenant matters including rent reviews and lease renewals.

Obviously some clients prefer to buy into selected services in isolation, such as acquisitions, disposals, rent reviews and lease renewals or property management but all clients benefit from our surveyors’ day-to-day knowledge of all aspects of property ownership and investment.

Our Building Surveyors work closely with our management surveyors dealing with issues such as dilapidations and major repairs / refurbishments and planned maintenance.

Investors can also benefit from our knowledge of commercial finance and mortgages broking services.

As a result of our knowledge of rating and initiatives to mitigate empty property rates, our investor clients also save money.
