Concentrating on the prime end of the market advising UK registered companies and private individuals, we broker mortgages secured against most types of commercial property including offices, retail shops and industrial warehouses held as an investment or for owner occupation. We also deal with nursing / care homes, restaurants, public houses and leisure properties.

Completely independent, we pride ourselves on our discretion and integrity. We are Associate Members of the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers, working to their Office of Fair Trading registered Code of Practice and we hold a Consumer Credit Licence.

Using our experience and knowledge of the property market we encourage clients to step outside their comfort zone with their existing bank or provider to obtain comparative funding offers, holding the client‘s hand through the process and liaising with the funder, their valuers and the legal team to deal with any problems or issues.
