Likewise for acquisitions, we make sure that we understand the client‘s business requirements and ensure that they properly consider all options. We can carry out a review of the client‘s existing portfolio and consider important issues such as demographics and labour supply.
We can also advise the client on funding costs and whether they should be looking to lease or buy.
Following agreement of the acquisition strategy we carry out targeted searches of properties both on and off the market, negotiate transactions considering whether there is mutual benefit to restructure leases.
