History

Johnson Tucker was established in September 2006 by David Johnson and Andrew Tucker. We moved to new riverside offices above The Boathouse Public House, Newburn on the western fringe of Newcastle upon Tyne city centre in May 2010 - Download Map.

In April 2007 we linked up with David Rodgers who had run his own building surveying practice in the region for over 25 years. This has significantly increased our skill base - in particular we are now able to provide a full property management service and advise on construction and repair issues.

Continuing this momentum, in November 2007 we set up a commercial finance service to provide commercial mortgage solutions for clients. We are Associate Members of the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers (NACFB).

In August 2008 Nick Lansberry, one of the most experienced residential valuation experts in the North East, joined the practice, and this has added a significant new dimension to the professional team.
